FAQ: Your Questions, Answered

What programs are offered and what do they cost?
At Age Well, we offer multiple pathways:

  • Hormone Optimization Programs (starting at $997)

  • Metabolic Reset Weight Loss Programs (starting at $997)

  • Foundations Group Coaching (NEW) 6-week program $249

  • The Midlife Reset Program (coming soon!) self-paced program $197

Our Hormone, Metabolic, Thyroid/Gut Optimization Programs have three tiers available, based on the level of support and complexity needed. They START with The AgeWell Foundations Diagnostic Consultation, a comprehensive lab review. We'll review all options during your consultation, so you can choose the path that fits your goals and lifestyle.

Additionally, a Foundational Self-Paced Midlife Reset Course will be launching soon — perfect for those who prefer to start independently. (Cost: $197.)

You can also join my Faster Way to Fat Loss coaching program anytime, where I’ll personally coach you through sustainable lifestyle strategies. Options for à la carte services and select add-ons are available and will be discussed during your consultation.

What is the cost for the initial consultation and labs?
Your first step is a The AgeWell Foundations Diagnostic Consultation, a comprehensive consultation plus labs, priced at $497. This gives us a deep understanding of your hormonal and metabolic health, so we can build a fully personalized plan. Labs can be collected in-office, at home or local laboratories using your insurance plan. (*cost of insurance based labs are not guaranteed to be an actual savings- I am able to get substantial savings through private lab relationships)

What makes Age Well’s programs different from traditional weight loss or hormone therapies?
We go far beyond standard care. Age Well programs are holistic, customized, and science-driven. We blend advanced biomarker testing, in-depth consultations, and ongoing personalized support to address the real root causes — not just manage symptoms. No rushed appointments, no cookie-cutter plans. Just luxury-level care with real, sustainable results.

Do I need to come into the clinic, or can I participate remotely?
You can participate in person or virtually — whichever fits your schedule. Many services, including consultations and lab work, can be completed via telehealth and at-home phlebotomy.

How soon will I start seeing results?
Many clients report better energy, sleep, and mood within just a few weeks. Weight loss, improved body composition, and deeper metabolic changes typically happen over the 12-week program timeline. True transformation takes time, but you’ll feel progress along the way.

Are labs included in the program cost?
Your initial consultation includes your first set of comprehensive labs, including but not limited to metabolic, hormone, nutrients and vitamin levels. After that, any ongoing or specialty lab testing may be an additional cost, depending on your personalized care plan.

Are these programs covered by insurance?
We operate on a cash-pay model, so we DO NOT bill insurance. However, many clients can use HSA or FSA funds toward parts of their care. (Check with your plan to confirm what’s eligible.)

What does the Metabolic Reset Program focus on?
It’s designed to fix what’s underneath: weight gain, inflammation, sluggish metabolism, and low energy. We correct metabolic dysfunction at the cellular level to support lasting weight loss, vitality, and better health.

What is bioimpedance scale tracking, and why is it important?
The bioimpedance scale (we use STYKU) offers real-time insights into your body composition — including body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, and hydration — so you can actually see the internal progress your body is making.

How do I know if the Hormone Optimization Program is right for me?
If you're struggling with fatigue, mood swings, stubborn weight gain, low libido, poor sleep, or brain fog, there’s a good chance your hormones are out of balance. This program is designed to uncover the root issues and correct them safely and effectively.

What is hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and is it safe?
HRT involves carefully restoring hormones like estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone to optimal levels. When done under expert supervision, HRT is safe, evidence-based, and can dramatically improve quality of life for women (and men) navigating midlife changes.
