HOW TO GET STARTED

Your consultation is a two-part experience designed for depth, clarity, and results.

Every journey with AgeWell begins with our AgeWell Lab Consult, the foundation of all our Signature Services. Using our unique A.G.E. Protocol—Assess, Gather, Evaluate—we guide you through a two-part process built for real insight, real answers, and real results.

First, we ASSESS. This initial visit is a deep dive into your symptoms, health history, concerns, and goals. This can be scheduled in our office or via TeleHealth (virtual). We’ll discuss what’s most important to you and begin building a picture of what it will take for you to feel your best. During this visit, we’ll also GATHER—collecting lab work to guide the next step. This visit can be completed in-person at our office or you can schedule labs to be done at a LabCorp near you. We do offer concierge-level collection in your home for an additional cost.

Then, we EVALUATE. In your second visit, you’ll receive your personalized Total Body Wellness Profile—a comprehensive review of your lab results paired with a customized health strategy. You’ll walk away with clear, actionable steps designed to relieve your symptoms and support long-term, whole-body optimization.

Your lab fees are fully included in the cost of your consultation—no surprise bills, no insurance battles.
