MEET ANNIE

I hit a wall in my early 40s.

Brain fog so thick I couldn't find words mid-sentence. Hair coming out in handfuls. Weight I couldn't explain no matter what I ate or how hard I trained. Exhaustion that coffee couldn't touch. Panic attacks out of nowhere.

I was a nurse practitioner. I knew how to navigate the system. I ran my own labs. I saw specialist after specialist. And I kept hearing the same thing.

Everything looks normal.

It wasn't normal. It was hormonal. And it took finding a provider who actually looked deeper to figure that out. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I started hormone therapy. I overhauled my nutrition and training. Within 18 months I lost 50 pounds, cleared the brain fog, and felt like myself again.

I'm 55 now. I'm still in it -- still recalibrating, still learning my body, still doing the work. I don't tell you this is solved. I tell you it's workable. And I tell you because I want you to see yourself in this story.

Because you're probably her.

The woman who is doing everything right and still feels wrong. Who has been told her labs are normal while her body is screaming otherwise. Who is carrying her kids, her parents, her career, her marriage, and somewhere in all of that forgot to carry herself.

I built AgeWell for you. Not for a version of you that has it all figured out. For the real you, right now, who just needs someone to actually look.

What Makes Age Well Different

What you'll find here that you haven't found anywhere else.

We don't do 10-minute appointments. We don't hand you a printout of normal ranges and send you home. We run the labs your regular doctor doesn't order, connect your symptoms to your biology, and build a protocol around your actual life.

You'll be heard. You'll get answers. And you'll leave with a real plan.

You’ve spent long enough being told you’re fine.
